HOW TO ARRIVE to the meeting places from the CITY CENTER
For the Day 1 meeting, you can walk from any of the hotels in the center of Nancy to the Museum and Aquarium of Nancy, near Stanislas Place.

For the DAY 2 & 3 meetings, you should go to the Brabois Campus, University of Loraine
To go to the Brabois campus, take the TRAM towards "CHU Nancy" and then stop at "Forêt de Haye", then go to the entrance of the campus (red circle on the top-left side of the map below, by the "Avenue de la forêt de Haye") and then go to the central administration building indicated as "Services Généraux Présidence" (in blue at the center-top of the map below, and circled in the Google photo in the next page) at the 2nd floor (Rooms Emile Gallé, Gruber and Daum).

Urban transportation in Nancy.
To get to the University from the center of Nancy, is it very easy by the TRAM (20 minutes). There is only one TRAM line in Nancy. Take direction towards "CHU Nancy" and then stop at "Forêt de Haye".

MEALS and SOCIAL EVENTS
For Day 1, lunch will be at a local restaurant at the Stanislas Place and you need to choose your meal using the form that is provided.
During Day 2 and 3, lunch will be offered at the restaurant of the University Campus. The cost of the lunch should be paid by each participant at the site. Receipts for the cost of the lunches will be provided on request. Please, let us know if you have any special food requirements!!!
A tour of the Museum-Aquarium of Nancy is organized for the afternoon of DAY 1, prior to the special Dinner that will be given at the evening (Tuesday, 2nd February 2016, at 20:00), where a local Chef (from Le Relais Gourmand) will prepare dishes with the six DIVERSIFY species!!
A tour of the old city of Nancy will be organized in collaboration with the Tourism Office, in one of the evenings (probably 3rd February 2016).

- Take a flight to Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, then take the TGV train at the airport to the "Lorraine TGV Station" (around 1 hour) and then a shuttle bus tol Nancy centre (30 minutes).
- Τake a flight to Orly or Charles de Gaulle airports in Paris, then go to "Gare de l'Est" by metro, and then take a TGV directly to Nancy center (1.5 hour).

There are hotels available both in the center of the town, as well as near the meeting place of the University Brabois campus (DAY 2 &3).
There is a direct TRAM line from the city center to the University campus (20 min), so we suggest it is better to stay in the city center, where there are more things to do in the free times/evenings.
We have not made any special arrangements with the hotels, so you can chose any of the hotel proposed (see below), or find your own.
